How Seller Payments Work
Post-event payment is the industry standard across all major ticket resale platforms, including Ticket Buyback. This process exists to protect sellers and buyers from fraud, chargebacks, and event cancellations.
Once you submit and transfer your tickets, we manage verification and delivery. After the event successfully takes place and tickets are confirmed as valid, payment is sent within three business days. This timeline ensures there were no issues with the tickets and falls in line with the industry standards (Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek and Vivid Seats). Once sent, bank transfers usually take around four business days to reach your account.
